James has been involved in purchasing and developing properties since 1976. Before becoming a Real Estate Broker in Oregon in 1995, James was a licensed General Building Contractor in California and Oregon. For the past 23 years James has been helping buyers and sellers realize their real estate dreams. James currently lives in the Historic Landmark town of Jacksonville, Oregon. James enjoys, hiking, photography, cross country skiing, music and kayaking.
James focuses on residential and rural residential real estate. He also represents clients who wish to purchase building lots or vacant land. James covers all of Jackson County in Southern Oregon which includes the cities of Medford, Ashland, Central Point, Jacksonville, Phoenix, Talent, Gold Hill, Rogue River, White City, Eagle Point, Shady Cove, Ruch and the Applegate Valley. James is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors and the Southern Oregon Multiple Listing Service. He is a lifetime member of the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club and holds both the E-Pro and NAR Green Designations.
