As the years passed, I expanded my skills and knowledge, broadened my full service-human like-quality of mixing old school practices with new business techniques in the areas of residential,commercial, ventures, and financing options. I have associates working close with me and also have an alliance group as I work with international and out of state properties and projects.

In the 2007 year we started to see DISTRESSED PROPERTIES (forclosures, default and short sale properties). Today (2012) JR Group has alliances and experience with both listing and representing buyers in all areas and price points in California. You have to be careful as MOST agents do not have the correct knowledge or experience to represent distressed and homes in need of a SHORT SALE and will therefore assist the seller in LOSING THEIR HOME to FORECLOSURE rather than helping sell and transact with the alloted time frame. We have also alliances with most of the banking institutions and work with BPO's, REO/Forclosed properties and seller representation regarding SHORT SALES. I personally have the finest education in this field and experience. I am certified not with the junk associations which give you a piece of paper. I have studied with the few best not to mention more importantly.
