My wife, Brenda Maddox, has been a licensed realtor since 1973. Brenda finally convinced me to take the Real Estate Course in 2007 and join here in the real estate business which I did. I am working in Bibb County, Monroe County, and Jones County primarily, however, I will work in Houston, Peach, and Twiggs Counties but am certainly not limited to these areas. I will deal in primarily in Residential, but I will also deal in Land, and Commercial and I will work with both Buyers and Sellers. Brenda and I will work hard together to get the job done for our clients and customers. We will be with you from beginning to end and then some.
When I am not working I like to play Golf. I am a Gourmet Cook and I do all of the cooking at our house. I also like to to do handyman chores around the house as well as wood working.
I don't consider any listing or sale too small nor too large. I will answer my phone at all times possible and if I miss a call I will return it PROMPTLY. I believe in customer service and satisfaction. This is a People Business and I look forward to working with People. Before entering the real estate business I was an entrepreneur for over 30 years in the industrial equipment business and trailer manufacturing business. I also partnered with several people in different aspects of real estate investments. I am definitely no new comer to the "people business" of real estate
