I am an independent broker with over fifteen years experience. I began my real estate career with RE/MAX, consistently gaining recognition and winning production awards, but I soon came to understand that real estate is not about production. Real estate is about helping people during times of transition in their lives and with this philosophy in mind I opened the Jerry Rector Real Estate Network. I have helped many people buy, sell, or rent their home and I am proud to say most remain friends to this day. "Personalized Service With Integrity" is my slogan. Several years ago I began focusing on helping sellers whose listing had expired. It bothered me to see so many people frustrated because their house would not sell. I am of the firm opinion that any house will sell given the right conditions. To date, I am proud to say I have consistantly helped people sell their property when others could not. It is a wonderful feeling to know that I have been able to help so many people.
