Judi Pobst has been active in the Real Estate industry since 1999 when she started as a Director of Communications for a real estate entrepreneur.  Judi fell in love with the Gulf-front community of Gulf Harbors, Florida and began her career as a Licensed buyer’s agent specializing in waterfront homes. In 2004 she earned a Broker’s license and owned and operated her own brokerage firm, Realty by Design LLC. Finding the need for more resources and support to grow to succeed in a declining market she joined Keller Williams in 2007. The company has given her the ability to excel even during tough times by offering trainings, coaching and the option for team work.  Judi’s passion for real estate is a lot more than just buying or selling a home. Staying current on market activity, trends and technology and keeping focused on service is important to her. Striving to help people find the house that makes them say “this is it”!  Win-win negotiating is something that Judi stands behind. Judi Pobst is truly a people person and loves helping others achieve their goals. 

Judi is originally from Dayton Ohio, and has lived in New York, San Francisco, France, and the Washington D.C. area, amongst other places. She attended Trinity College in Washington DC, where she earned her BA in Communications. In 2004, she earned her Broker’s license and her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. She became a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and achieved her certification by the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing in 2010. With Judi’s line of work visibility is very important. With that being said, she is a member of National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Greater Tampa Bay Board of Realtors, Women in Networking, is the Publicity Director for the Gulf Harbors Yacht Club and the editor of the Gulf Harbors monthly newsletter, “Life on the Gulf”.  Judi has been married for 10 years to Kurt Lindeman, a general contractor. Judi and Kurt live in Gulf Harbors which helped her find her niche in waterfront and luxury homes. She also concentrates on residential real estate in SouthWest Pasco and Northern Pinellas Counties.

Judi Pobst is passionate about her company, Keller Williams Tampa Properties, where she’s been since 2007, and the Realty by Design Team.  Team members include assistant Johanna Weber, her KW business Coach Jan Zalasin, Kimberly Supplee of the Closing Connection, her long time associate and friend Sandy Honeycutt, as well as her many associates at Keller Williams Realty.
