Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction.  If you are selling your home, never sign a Listing Agreement you cannot terminate.  Our pledge is that if we list your home and you do not like what is happening in the process, and we cannot work it out to your satisfaction, we will terminate the agreement with no strings attached.  We like to be challenged to prove we mean what we say, because we only say what we mean.  Every agent in this office is a Christian, and by stating that fact in our advertising, it makes us go the extra mile in striving to live what we say we believe. 

This is one office where you can call and ask a question, and get an answer, not play 20 questions before getting the information you need.  If you call me and ask the price of a home that is for sale, I will tell you the asking price.  I will not request your life story prior to answering your question.

Our philosophy is that we are here to help you buy or sell your home, not to pressure you into anything. 

If you are a buyer, we will work diligently to help you locate the perfect home to buy, not try and "sell" you one the first time we meet. We will never ask you to sign a buyers agreement you cannot terminate if you are not satisfied with our service.  Buying a home is probably one of the largest single commitments you will ever make, and we want to be sure, just like you, that you get the "right" home, not just buy a house.

If you are selling, it is our philosophy that when you hire us to market your home, it is our job to get the home sold, not necessarily to sell it ourselves.  

You can count on the agents in this office to give you an honest assessment of the situation you are entering, not tell you what you want to hear, just to get a listing. Again, philosophy, we would rather lose the listing by giving you a realistic picture of what to expect, than tell whatever it takes to get a listing.

I also believe that a person needs to be involved in the industry they make their living in, not just try to make money.  To that end, I have been heavily involved in our local Association of REALTORS for several years.  I began my involvement as a member of the MLS committee, which I eventually chaired for two years in a row.  I was a member of the Board of Directors for four years, served as secretary/treasurer, President Elect, and currently serve as the President. I was also selected as REALTOR of the Year for 2008.
