I consider myself a special asset to my clients due to my broad range of experience as a Realtor, Loan Officer, Past Planning Board member and business owner. At 31 years old I often have other Realtors and clients question how long I have been in the business due to my vast knowledge in the real estate industry. I never had a mentor, I jumped into the industry cold turkey and at the time it was a do or die business decision for me. By the time I was about 30 years old I had personally held , bought and sold over 3 million in real estate transactions. While few of my friends hadn't even bought their first home.

 While I see other distinquised Realtors that have been in the business over a decade struggle to send an e-mail or upload a photo I try not to laugh, but I say to myself how can you get that far in this business and not have the basic understanding of technology. That is truly a detriment to their client and they can't truly be marketing their propertys correctly in the 21st Century.

I love what technology has to offer in our industry. The ability to market listings across the country, send huge files of pictures in the click of a button, or take an aerial photo of a property from the seat at my desk, it is all truly remarkable. I truly love my job, and it shows through any conversation.
