Get to Know Jim Henry
I've lived in the Hudson area since 1985 and Western Wisconsin my whole life, having been born and raised in Durand, WI, a small farming community about an hour South East of Hudson.
My wife Barb and I bought our 1st home in Hudson in 1985 and have raised our 3 daughters in this great community. Over the years, we've loved the best of both worlds the area offers, with its small town feel, yet all the shopping, entertainment and employment the Twin Cities offer just a few minutes away.
In giving back to the community we love, I've been very active in the local Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, and Jaycees, just to name a few, as well as the Hudson Basketball Association and Hudson Boosters Softball Program, as a volunteer and coach.

WI & MN Licensed Broker/Associate with 20+ years of experience serving buyers, sellers, builders, developers, investors and commercial clients. I've furthered my education and expertise by earning my Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute designations, all of which has extensively prepared me to expertly serve your real estate needs, whatever they may be.
On top of that training and experience, I'm an active real estate investor, having owned investment properties ranging from; rental housing, raw land and vacation rentals, bought and created housing developments, participated in spec building homes, and bought and built a real estate brokerage from the ground up.
