Jason Garrett brings nearly 10 years of sales and marketing experience, where he built and managed successful regional campaigns and programs for startup and leading companies in the real estate, and internet, web and information technology industries. Jason is a full-time realtor for a real estate brokerage firm in New Jersey, where he stays at the forefront of advances in real estate, and earns accolades for his success and professionalism, and commitment to customer service and support.
Jason successfully developed and implemented a 24/7 real estate advice and counseling service for clients, which is now implemented by real estate agents and offices in the region. He represents the new generation of Top Producing agents, and continues to push the limits of technology and relationship building to stand out as an uncontested leader in the field. In addition to providing outstanding service and support to homebuyers and sellers, Jason is owner of a related company that focuses on the real estate industry. In 2003, he founded a website management firm providing online marketing and interactive services to the real estate industry, which has since expanded operations to include real estate photography and virtual tour services for real estate agents and clients in the NY and NJ markets.
Before entering the real estate industry, Jason served in technology roles, most notably as IT manager overseeing networks and mission-critical systems for a real estate company, where he supported over 50 agents and additional staff members. He is also credited with designing and developing the layout of the website for the Livingston Campus at Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ), which served thousands of students for 5 years, as well as staff and general public. He also served in direct sales and senior customer service roles for companies in various industries, which taught Jason values of quality, reliability, credibility, professionalism and ethical business practices, which made an impression on him.
Jason found countless creative and unique ways to utilize innovative technology to generate leads, develop effective and cost-efficient marketing techniques that reach large audiences, and develop cutting edge methods to market homes. Jason is an advocate of the real estate industry's need to anticipate and adapt to change, and believes the use of 2D and 3D services, including 3D walkthrough solutions, allow real estate agents, brokers, and sellers to showcase homes in ways that were unimaginable in the past. Jason earned a BS from Rutgers University, in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
