I specialize in listing properties and getting them SOLD! I have a system for performing the best strategy in bringing Buyers to the home, more so than just listing the property in the MLS, or advertising in magazines and newspapers.
I am also an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), which has been very useful to me when I am assisting clients in purchasing their new home with the most savings.
I am also VERY familiar in assisting Clientele with Foreclosures, as I am also a certified SFR® (Short Sales and Foreclosure Specialist).
I hold a certificate for being an e-PRO®, a program that has assisted me in utilizing specialized services when using the internet to promote properties that I have listed for sale.
