| Jesse did an excellent job recently selling our Condo. He took pictures on Wednesday, listed it on Thursday and by the following Monday he had four offers from buyers. He also was the one who originally found the condo for us 6 years ago, our boys were going to school in Greenville and he found this condo in a safe neighborhood and then was able to move it when we no longer needed it. Jesse did a good job communicating with us and helped us accept the best offer that would ensure a quick sale. | JESSE WAS PERSISTENT IN MARKETING MY MODESTLY PRICED(NOT MUCH COMMISSION INCENTIVE) LOCATED IN A DEPRESSED NEIGHBORHOOD. HE CAREFULLY SCREENED FOR QUALIFICATION THE FEW PROSPECTS INTERESTED. AFTER A FEW MONTHS HE FOUND A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER WHO WAS ABLE TO PAY A 20%+ DOWN PAYMENT TOWARD MY FULL ASKING PRICE ALLOWING ME TO OWNER FINANCE THE BALANCE. I WOULD DEFINITELY CONSIDER USING HIM AGAIN. |
