I have been a full Realtor member of the Bloomington Indiana Board of Realtors since 1973 and was actively involved in helping people buy and sell real estate for three years before beginning my banking career in 1976. I retired from banking December, 2006 to start a financial services firm called Creative Capital Solutions, LLC and resume my active real estate career.
I am a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking, University of Wisconsin. I am Past President of the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association, hold their Certified Residential Mortgage Professional designation and am the 2007 recipient of their Distinguished Service Award.
I am the third generation of my family to live in Bloomington and as such I am very familiar with the community. I am fortunate to have three adult married children and five grandchildren that live in Bloomington so I want to make sure Bloomington remains a wonderful place to work and raise a family.
