Do you have any certifications and qualifications?  I have many qualifications being my background in International Business (emphasis on Asia-China) and Business Marketing.  Also, other than English, I speak Spanish and am conversational in Mandarin Chinese.  These skills definitely enhance my ability to reach other markets and ethnic groups while best serving you- the client.  What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers? Being apart of a younger generation definitely lends itself as an advantage to me. Growing up my mother has been in Real Estate for what seems like forever- a Managing Broker for Realty World Select- and this has definitely supplicated my literacy in Real Estate. With the experience that I've gained from my mother, and being immensely in touch with the changing times, I believe I am all it takes and more to be an extremely successful Realtor.
