Jennifer was awesome in the selling of my house on 14199 Rocky Mountain Road, Belgrade, Mt 59714. I had previously listed it with 2 other realtors, and never once did it get shown or was there an open house. Jennifer took it over, had wonderful marketing skills and it sold within 4 months. At the time of the sale the market was not at it's peak and she still had the ability to get it sold. I would highly recommend her in your real estate needs. She also was instrumental in finding my condo. 140 Droulliard Ave., Bozeman, Mt. It came up on the internet, and that day we went and looked at it. I bought it right away. That too was so great!!! If you use Jennifer, you will be so satisfied and will definitely get results!!! She is very motivated and professional.

To Whom it May Concern: I am writing this letter to recommend using the Real Estate services of Jennifer Svare. Though she has only been our realtor for a few months, now that our house has been sold, that in itself is a high recommendation given such a difficult market. Jennifer really put in a strong sales effort. There were numerous open houses, extensive media coverage and inventive internet coverage of our property. She was very helpful to us in setting the right price, and staging our house to give it the best chance to sell. She even posted notes around the house pointing out some of the features we wanted to emphasize. She kept in touch with us whenever there was any action or issue concerning the sale of the property and always listened to and respected our thoughts and ideas. To prospective home sellers and interested parties, May 24, 2010 Jennifer Svare has been our realtor in the process of selling our home. We have been so pleased with her dedication and her creativity. We have watched her relentlessly pursue every possible angle to get exposure for our home sale. She took beautiful photos and prepared very attractive fliers for local advertisement and placed them in key places of interest--beyond the box outside our home. She also is very knowledgeable of the internet and its workings and our home was prominent at multiple web sight listings. She even prepared a professional and informative virtual tour. She also entered photos of our home and won a photo contest for front page exposure on the Keller Williams' major regional publication!
