Jeff Cohen is a licensed, practicing real estate Broker in the state of Washington. Licensed since 1989, Jeff has managed hundreds of transactions representing both buyer and seller sides. Jeff currently owns and is the operating Broker/Manager of the John L. Scott Monroe Office. He currently manages over 30 agents on a daily basis, reviewing files, coaching agents, training, and providing the necessary guidance for agents' success.
Jeff is also a certified state instructor where he teaches new agent classes for John L. Scott as well as the state mandated Practices. Topics include business planning and goal setting, working with buyers, working with sellers, negotiating and purchase and sale agreement training.
Jeff is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Accredited Buyer Representives, Certified Residential Specialists, and Luxury Home Marketing Specialists.
