The time I have spent in real estate has brought me back to my roots in Photography. I understand from a real estate perspective what is important in marketing homes and property. Effective photography can open the doors to more showings, more top dollar offers, and most importantly satisfied clients. I value the satisfaction he had in assisting people with home ownership. I was a Department Manager in home center retail and also enjoyed helping customers maintaining their personal investments. I was also a Warehouse Manager for a siding distributor which allowed me to experience renovation as well as new construction deadlines. My customer service skills were developed as a problem solver. This gives me an advantage in analyzing real estate situations. I don't try to squeeze a client into a program, I taylor the program to the client's needs. Since joining the real estate community I have been studying the marketing aspect of residential housing. Specifically internet marketing. In my spare time; I enjoy landscaping and gardening, kayaking, and dog training.

Starting with classes on a national level that take advantage of technology that allows agents from all areas of the country to share their education process online simultaniously. Also, as a former member of the Greater Greenville Asssociation of Realtors I was provided fundamental classes in areas from Ethics to in-depth Multiple Listing Service technology training. My first credential I earned was the e-Pro designation. I chose this class to stay on the cutting edge of internet marketing. The e-Pro designation started me on my way to understanding the power of marketing on the internet. I have since studied the different ways to provide maximum exposure for real estate interests.
