Hello let me introduce myself. My name is Jeff Coffman and I am a licensed Sales Executive for Northwood Realty Services. Although we are local company we are by no means a small company. Our motto is service. Whether it is selling our listings or looking for a home for a new buyer our clients are first. We provide all services you will need to complete a real estate transaction. From finding a home to selling your home we are able to complete everything from one office. We have an on site Mortgage Broker and our own closing company. I personally have worked with all types of buyers from first time home buyers to those who are purchasing their second home. In all price ranges. I am currently branching out in to other areas of real estate partically commercial real estate. Your next call should be to me. If you want a professional, hard working, loyal agent I am the one to call. I am of course a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. License number is available upon request. I went through a rigorous training propram starting with Real Estate fundamentals and law. Upon passing my licensing test I also went through Northwoods Quick Start Program which is a certificate program. I also was mentored by a expeienced agent when first starting with Northwood Realty.  Also in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania continuing education is required before your license is renewed. As you can see I am more than qualified to help you with the purchase or sale of a home.

As stated before I have worked with a variety of buyers. I enjoy working with first time home buyers. I like educating all of my buyers and sellers. This is a learning process and I will guide you through it. For you first time home buyers I know how nervous and stressful buying a home can be. This is a simple process. Briefly, I will get you pre-qualified, find out what areas you would like to live in, then schedule you to come in and have a meeting with you. I will xplain the whole process to you and then show you the homes I have found that fit your criteria. For the second time home buyers I will do the same thing. Even though you have bought a home before the criteria for buying a home may have changed a little. I want to make sure that you understand the process also.

 For you home sellers I want to make sure you receive the highest and best price possible. This starts with a Comprehensive Market Analysis. Simply stated a C.M.A. compares your home to others like it that are active listings or that have recently sold. This gives the agent a guideline to price your home. Remember a C.M.A. is just an opinion of value to get a true price for your home an appraisal is suggested. I will go over the results of the analysis with you and suggest to you what your home should be listed at to sell quickly. However,your opinion is valuable to me also and if there is a price you have in mind we can certainly start there. Remember the C.M.A. copares your home to others like it in the area. I will also have a marketing plan ready and will goe over with you how I want to market your home. I also just like with buyers will explain all pertinent contracts anf agreements with you.

I want the entire home buying and selling process to be as enjoyable, and stress free as possible. I enjoy what I do and think of it as more than a job. I want to help people sell and buy homes. I get as excited as you do when your home sells or when we find you that special house you will call home.
