I am proficient in all phases in the sale of foreclosure homes from acquisition to disposition.  As a seasoned agent, I have specialized in the deposition of REO assets in the Atlanta market for over 10 years with a proven track record and the experience to provide above board services to my clients. I have served as an expert witness in many court cases involving real estate matters on behalf of clients and served as a contributor to several local investment groups. I have managed portfolios for some of the largest lenders & asset management companies in the default industry. I offer full-service REO management, BPO Valuation, Auction coordination, and management of REO rental programs.
