I have been working the Aiken Real Estate market for the past three years with ERA Real Estate One. I specialize in working with buyers and sellers to obtain residential property, foreclosures, distressed properties and land. I spent 23 years working in the corporate environment on Long Island, NY. I bring that life experience that allows me to understand the needs of buyers and sellers. I have invested in many properties throughout the years and understand the fears and concerns of buyers and sellers. I worked on the negotiation team for acquisitions that has prepared me to represent buyers and sellers during their negotiation process. I bring an expertise in contracts that allows me to understand the nuances of real estate contracts.
Personally, I am a gym rat that loves all types of athletics. I am personable and work extremely well with clients. Most importantly I am on top of the market and I return phone calls.
I have worked in all aspects of real estate here in Aiken. I have represented low and high end clients as a buyer and seller representative. I enjoy working with 1st time home buyers because I enjoy the satisfaction of getting them through the buying process and seeing the smile on their faces when they are handed the keys to their 1st house. I have sold land throughout Aiken County and I'm sensitive to the needs of the equestrian and investor clients.
