I customize my services to meet your needs by recalling what it was like for me to buy or sell a home before I became a Realtor. I bought and eventually sold personal properties four times before I broke into the real estate business. I know what a stressful process it can be when you don't have someone to look out for your best interests. There is terminology that doesn't make sense or a fee for one thing or the other that is explained away as "customary". There were times when I just didn't have the available time to do the things that I was told "you are the only one who can sign for/pick up/deliver" or whatever needed to be done. Be advised there will always be strange verbage, fees aplenty, and tedious tasks to do. That is why I'm here. I will sort through the red tape with you. I will make sure you understand what you are getting for your money. And make sure you get your money's worth from my services.
I will market your property through my four websites plus the MLS. As a bonus, you will have a network of professionals promoting your home as the Keller Williams company is structured so that the agents work as a team , not as competitors.
