Who is John Baldovin ,CRS, GRI, ABR, e-Pro Associate Broker for Realty One Group, First you might want to know what are all of those initials behind his name.  They each stand for time he took to further educate himself about Real Estate.  Each of the designations require more than just a few hours of study. He has been a full time Realtor during the past 20 years. A Broker for the past 10 years and for the past 3 years, working as a "Buyer's Agent" . Being Certified to do Short sales he helps educate sellers in making a good decision between a Short Sale or Forclosure. His code when he becomes Your " Agent" he will owe you his:  accountability, communications, diligence, obedience and loyalty. What does he expect in return??  Your loyalty during the time you are working with him to find your new home. His days of business are Monday - Saturday, with Sunday being family time.  Hours are from 8AM to 8PM with all e-mails and phone calls being returned within 2 hours or less.
