| Jason was involved in helping us sell our home and simultaneously purchasing a new home almost 2 hours away. His knowledge of the process and business were paramount in getting us through all of the speed bumps we experienced during the sale process of our home. He was so responsive to all of my questions and kept me posted every single day with changes. I knew that he would let me know the second he found something out so I never felt like I had to follow up with him. Whenever I had a question of my own, he was right there with an answer and explained everything to me in words I could understand! | Jason did an amazing job getting my wife and I into our dream home!! The process of selling our townhouse in Tampa and buying our home in North Port which is an hour and a half away is not an easy task. Not only did Jason sell our home but he sold it FAST!! The photographer that was sent out took amazing shots of our home and even used a drone for ariel photos which also turned out amazing. He made multiple trips to North Port Florida to show us possible houses and when we finally decided he took all of the burdens and stress away. Jason and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. We couldn't be happier and would recommend anyone buying or selling a home to reach out to Jason McIntosh. Our home selling and buying experience was very easy from the time Jason McIntosh took our listing!!! |

| My husband and I were looking for a home in the Riverview area. We had called several realtors in the area and could not get a return call. We started looking for homes on our own. We found a home Jason has listed on a popular site. When I called he actually answered. We had a great conversation about what we were looking for. Within a couple of hours Jason sent us a list of homes within our budget and in the area we were searching. We selected a few from the list and gave Jason a call to set a time to see them. He immediately looked them up on the MLS and saw they were vacant. He said if you want I can show them to you now. We ended up looking at 3 or 4 that day. All were great and he knew everything about them. He knew we handed found the "one" and said let me look for some more options tonight. We had that list by morning. Again, we called and let him know the ones we were interested in seeing. This was on a Sunday and again he was ready to go. He found us the perfect home for our needs. Jason really listened to us and worked VERY hard to the perfect home. We have never been more impressed by an experience as important as this. If you need to sell, buy, rent or lease look no further. I honestly don't feel you can find someone that will work harder or care more |
