I have been in the reverse mortgage business since 2006 starting as a loan officer for a top reverse mortgage broker. I then moved on to manage branch offices with some of the top reverse mortgage lenders in the nation. From there I took my knowledge of the reverse mortgage programs and business and became a brokerage. My reverse mortgage brokerage now is Good Day Reverse, Inc. We currently operate in 6 of the top 10 lending states for reverse mortgages: California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Colorado and Florida.
