| I cannot thank Jason Boone and the Skjersaa Group enough for the incredible job that they did in selling my house. I am a first time home seller and Jason helped me through the entire process and made sure I fully understood each stage. | It is hard to imagine buying a house sight unseen or as we joke, "our largest Internet purchase." This would not have been possible without the incredible support we received from our agent, Jason Boone. Jason was helpful from the very beginning in sorting through mountains of queries about location, lots, new homes, and existing properties. He was undaunted by our endless questions and helped us narrow our choices to finding a new house in a relatively new section of Bend. The process entailed endless phone conversations and middle-of-the-night anxiety questions from us a mere 2,500 miles away! Jason had the answers and if he didn't, he immediately contacted the builder for further clarification. He guided us through multiple layers of decision-making and helped us sort out space issues and selection of materials. He has a keen eye and understands significantly more than just the purchase and selling of a home. He understands building and construction issues. We never regretted our decision and have happily been in our new home since October. It is doubtful if we could find someone who was so dedicated and helpful throughout the six-month process. On a scale of one to ten, he surpasses the numerics as a ten barely gives him the accolades we would like to bestow. |

| Our decision to move to Central Oregon was relatively easy, but choosing exactly where to locate required a professional with the experience and knowledge to address our goals, needs, and lifestyle. | We live in Utah, but have always wanted to move to Bend. Maybe when we retire. A few years ago, on a whim, we reached out to our Salt Lake realtors to connect us to someone in Bend to help us out while we were in town on a short vacation. They connected us to Jason, who immediately gathered some listings for us to visit, and then subsequently showed us some houses. Although we did not find a perfect house on that first visit, we kept in touch with Jason over the next several months, who meticulously selected possible listings for us to view. In the end, he steered us toward a new home slated for construction in Northwest Crossing, which was a great choice given the prevailing eagerness for contractors to build and sell new homes. Believe it or not, when I came back to town for a solo visit, Jason actually drove me around town for an entire day to select all of the finishes for the house! With the exception of this one return trip to Bend, we were able to conduct the entire transaction remotely, with Jason shouldering the lion's share of the burden. When it came time to closing on the house, I actually went directly to sign the paperwork even before viewing the completed house! This is how much we trust Jason. He has impeccable judgment and expertise. I have recommended Jason to colleagues of mine from Utah who were interested in buying property in Bend. They have had nothing but rave reviews for him! We have become close friends with Jason and his family since that time, and I can attest to the fact that he and his entire family engender deep respect and fondness within the Bend community. |

| Our home search began before we moved to Bend two years ago. Jason was a part of the search from the start and was the primary reason we ended up finding our ideal house.
