Engineering Certification for Manufactured Home Foundation(Tie-Down Inspection): Involves a short foundation inspection, which is then forwarded to Hayman Residential Engineering Services Inc. for review and certification. For more information: http://www.hayman-res.com/FAQHomeOwner.htm

11-Month Warranty Inspection: Similar to Home and Pest (WDO) inspection, provides new homeowners with a neutral, third-party report that can help facilitate component repair. This kind of inspection is best done 1 to 3 months before warranty expiration.

Pest (WDO) Only Inspection: This inspection focuses on identifying conducive conditions for, and damage caused by, pests (WDOs).

Maintenance Inspection: Provides owners with a home checkup to verify that it is being properly maintained. Best done every 1 to 2 years to ensure that components are kept in good working order.
