I believe in wearing a smile every day, waking up with a positive attitude and working hard to get the most out of every experience. I earn my money by applying my skills and expertise in helping others to reach their dreams of owning Real Estate. I hold several designations; ABR- Accredited Buyers Representative, GRI -Graduate of Real Estate Institute, CSR- Certified Sellers Representative, CNE- Certified Negotiations Expert, E-PRO- Electronics Professional, and a Managing Broker License, all of which assist me in efficiently & effectively representing my clients . I believe education is the foundation of success (along with a good attitude). I love people, babies, my husband, the smell of line dried sheets, puppies, the fight of big fish on the end of fly pole, and the sound of a chickadee in the morning. Having achieved the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation from the National Association of Realtors, it's given me a solid foundation to build my career as a Buyers Representative. Residing in Mossyrock,Wa. and working out of Chehalis,Wa, provides me familiarity to nearly all of Lewis County. I listen closely to my clients; their satisfaction depends on my ability to understand their needs and desires.
Having achieved the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designation I have made the commitment to provide a high level of professionalism to all of my clients. The CSR (Certified Sellers Representative) designation.
I earned the CSR designation by completing the intensive seller agency training requirements. The Certified Seller Representative training is managed by the Seller Agency Council, Inc. (a RealtyU, Inc. company) and is geared towards providing agents the tools and skills needed to professionally represent the seller in a real estate transaction. In addition, designees must be able to prove that they have conducted successful seller representation by providing transaction verification and letters of recommendation from the sellers.CSR agents are a select group of top producing real estate agents who hold this highly sought-after designation.
The all new e-PRO certification -- the only technology certification program offered by NAR -- is designed to prepare real estate professionals to make the most of Internet technology and to identify, evaluate, and implement new Internet business models. The elite group of course graduates represents only four percent of all REALTORS in the country. I'm proud to be included in this elite group of Realtors.

I cannot imagine a better real estate agent! We are very glad we chose her to help us buy a house and we highly recommend her!
Janet was so helpful. She went above and beyond in helping us to be able to check out the house we wanted to buy. She arranged for the showing, recommended several inspectors, and even was there to assist with the inspection!! She is one of a kind and I highly recommend her!
