*We help them through the inspection process and tell them what they can expect during that time
*We help them through the walk through, making sure the home is exactly as they would expect it to be just before moving in
*We celebrate with the client when they close on their home and move on to the next stage of their lives
When a Seller shows interest in selling their home:
*We go out to the home and provide information on how we research, market and sell their home
*We provide a clear and concise market evaluation on their home, so that they can better understand what the market is saying about the current value of their home
*We market the home through various social media outlets, through flyers in the home, through video, through blogs - utilizing our SEO channels and showcasing their home to the over 70% online buyers
*Once the home is in contract, we assist them in the proper steps to close like working with the title company until we have a clear to close
*If we are fortunate enough, we may even get to help them in the purchase of their next home
