I refer to my job title as "mortgage professional".  I am a mortgage professional NOT just a loan officer and whether you know it or not, there is a difference.   I have 17 years real world lending experience.  My background is that of senior loan processor, loan underwriter, secondary marketing manager, and loan originator.  The combination of all...  of working in most areas of the mortgage banking industry has given me a unique perspective and breadth of experience that few others have had or can claim. 

I like to think outside of the box and put my experience to work for my clientele.  I have a very strong closing ratio for the loans that I originate and the escrows with which I am involved.  If I say it will close... you can count on it and know that the deal will close.  I am referred to future clients by past clients who know I will get the job done right for their family, friends, and co-workers.  More than 75% of my business comes from satisifed repeat clients or referrals from happy past clients.  I don't think that I could give a better reason to do business with us than that.
