My name is James B. Moncrief and I was a second-generation Realtor. My parents, Ruth and Bill Moncrief, owned and operated the Moncrief Real Estate Agency in Flemington, NJ from 1962 to 1988. In fact, my father was a past-president of the Hunterdon County Multiple Listing Service.

      I am a graduate of The College of New Jersey with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. After working as an engineer for 14 years, I started my own automotive parts and service business. Later, I sold the retail and service business in order to return to my Real Estate roots. I am no longer a licensed realtor and have moved on. My marketing business has been taking up much of my time. I am married 31 years, a non-smoker, a cancer survivor and regional competitor with the SCCA. My experience in residential real estate and as a commercial landlord provides me with some unique skills. This background, coupled with my strong technical ability, gives me the tools needed to market just about anything.
