Open for business in 2009, J. Malanowski Real Estate Services specializes in distressed asset management and disposition. Our brokerage is family-owned and operated by James and Ely Malanowski and based in Palmdale, CA.

We list and sell REO properties for banks and other institutional sellers. We also assist individual homeowners and investor clients who want or need to sell quickly and maximize their profit or, depending on their situation, minimize their loss.

about the broker

James Malanowski has been selling real estate full-time since 2003. He began his career with a Coldwell Banker franchise in Lancaster, CA and earned several awards, including the Diamond Award (Top 5% of CB agents world-wide), while he was with the company.

Before real estate, James ran his family's service and contracting company for 10 years. This gave James a unique insight to the needs of distressed property, rehab, management, troubleshooting and the customer service skills needed to facilitate closing transactions successfully.

By 2006, James found his niche listing and selling REO and other distressed properties. In 2009, he earned his real estate broker license and decided to go out on his own with his wife, Ely, and open an independent brokerage to serve the needs of his clients.

In his “spare” time, James volunteers with his son's Boy Scout troop teaching, camping, and serving the community.
