I began my Real Estate Career when I was 21 years old on the continuance of my interest with building custom homes since I was 15 as a high school and college job. Working with a creative and methodical approach I believe has landed me much success in my first few years of business. Holding a California Real Estate license coupled with 10 years as a licensed Appraiser and the background in residential and commercial construction has been very beneficial as well. | We would highly recommend Jacob. Could not have asked for a smoother process when selling our house. It sold within a week at 99% of our asking price! Jacob negotiated a rent back in the deal which allowed us to stay in our home until the house we purchased closed escrow. On both selling our house and buying a new one, Jacob did a great job at corrdinating the timing and making the process go as smoothly as possible. |

| Worked with Jacob to find properties to flip in the northern San Luis County area. His knowledge of the areas different cities and neighborhoods was very much appreciated. Jacob worked with us for several months tracking down properties at various auctions. The process took some time and throughout he was very helpful at providing any information needed. In the end the house was a profitable investment, as his marketing and negotiation sold the home quickly. |

| I sat down with jacob and told him what exactly I was looking for. And unlike other realtors I've dealt with before jacob searched for only what I was looking for if not something a little bigger. I told him I wanted at least a 3/2 and that's what he searched for nothing less. He took me to two houses before we found the one we had to have. We put in an offer that day and started escrow a few days later. Escrow was very smooth with jake. He had everything very well organized and was very quick with getting papers to me and back to the seller/listing agent. Jacob is a very motivated an And knowlegable agent. Highly recomend A++ |

| My husband and I had the very best experience dealing with Mr. Rodrigues. His knowledge of the area is exceptional. He was great at listening to what we were looking for, what we could afford and where we were hoping to buy. This was awesome for us as my husband has very little time and we did not waste alot of time looking at houses that we were not interested in. I was equally impressed with his quick responses to my calls and/or e-mails. As we moved through the process of buying our home, which was a short sale, Mr. Rodrigues kept us posted on any updates or progress, paying attention to explain what to expect next and what everything meant. This was a great asset as we were new to the process and a bit nervous. I also appreciate the loan company he referred us to as they were also exceptional. I have already told other people to go to Peabody and Plum and ask for Jacob Rodrigues. We plan to stay in our home for many years if not forever!
