Boutique Touch Interiors is a full service interior design and home staging company offering customized and affordable design solutions for private residential and commerical properties. As a Canadian Certified Staging Professional, we work with knowledge of the real estate industry, the psychology of buyers, target marketing and lifestyle selling techniques to help evaluate and enhance a property's appeal for the widest range of potential buyers.

Staging Consultations
Call us before you list your next home! We complete a comprehensive 2-hour review of work that needs to be completed in the home in order optimize the homes' best selling features and minimize any potential distractions. Our consultation is aimed to market the home to the widest demographic of potential buyers, ensuring a quick sale for top dollar. We provide complete checklists for this process, and the work can be completed either by the homeowner, or coordinated and overseen by us. This investment gives homeowners the tools to stage their homes themselves. Once the work is complete we can also be hired to fully stage the home.
We offer home staging services for the following types of properties:
Occupied - Using existing furnishings in the home, and finishing the look with items from our inventory, we will edit and rearrange each room to maximize a home's appeal. Room by room we will enhance the look of the home and use lifestyle selling techniques to help buyers make that emotional connection that secures an offer. Vacant - Furnished home sell faster than vacant ones because buyers have a difficult time envisioning their life in an empty home. In order to create that emotional connection, we turn vacant properties into a home that buyers can picture themselves living in instantly. With rental items and our own inventory, we create a custom-tailored design scheme that will transform the shell of an empty property into a warm and inviting space buyers will want to call their own. New Builds/Show Homes Condominiums Renovated Interior Design Division From conception to completion, Boutique Touch Interiors will ensure your renovation, design or decorating project comes together seamlessly. We realize that smart design is not just about beautiful spaces, but also about functionality. We keep this guiding principle at the forefront of our designs to create inspiring, yet practical rooms that work for each of our clients’ unique lifestyles. Colour Scheme Development – A custom colour scheme generally takes between 1 and 3 hours and is developed to complement and enhance current décor and finishes. In the event that new furniture and/or finishes are being selected, these items, or photos and samples, will need to be provided in order to be properly incorporated into the colour scheme. Recommendations and/or coordination of painting services can also be arranged as needed. Furniture Selection and Arrangement – This process can involve the purchasing of new furniture pieces to complement existing items, rearrangement of current furnishings to create more functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, or complete refurnishing of a space, home or office. This process is often complemented with accessorizing to finish the look. Window Treatments – Together with one of Boutique Touch Interior’s window covering suppliers, we will come to your home and select materials and designs to complement your interior. Site measurements, installation and payment is done directly through the supplier. A visit to the supplier is often necessary to finalize fabrics and designs and make payment. Product Selection/Sample Sourcing – Boutique Touch Interiors can assist in your design project or renovation by recommending and sourcing a variety of flooring, trim, lighting, cabinet, tile and countertop options that will best suit your needs, lifestyle and overall design. Project Management – From on-site supervision of tradespeople to coordinating delivery and installation dates, Boutique Touch Interiors can oversee your project through to completion and deal with any issues promptly as they arise. Project Management is included in most renovation contracts. Personal & Client Shopping – This is arranged on an individual project basis as required.
