1) Before becoming a Realtor, I was an IT professional for 30+ years (25 years as a Manager of Database & Business Intelligence systems). I use my technical knowledge/ability along with my professionalism to leverage the internet. I created a technology map and have implemented that plan. In addition, I belong to MLS's that cover the bulk of New Jersey.
2) Pricing. I am very thorough in my analysis - to the point where I will visit all homes that I feel are key to that analysis. On the listing side, I will not accept a listing if the owner insist upon a price that falls outside of my guidelines. On the buying side, I have no problem with bringing in an offer that is well below the listing price if I feel the house is overpriced and I can support the offer with facts.
3) The basics of Weichert marketing are proven and Weichert is a proven BRAND. A key part of the marketing process is doing Open Houses. Many brokers/agents in my area do not believe in open houses, which gives us a tremendous advantage.
