CONSULT / REPORT: A consultation visit to the Seller's property includes instruction and direction how to best ready the property for market including a room by room home evaluation, yard and outdoor evaluation, and photo documentation. This type of staging allows the DIY homeowner to make the necessary changes. Following the recommendations completely is crucial for results.2. REARRANGE & ENHANCE: Our Styling Team transforms the property working only with the sellers existing furniture, art, and accessories to achieve the best sales impact possible.  Enhancements include decorative “props” accessories and/or furniture are then added to create the desired effect.  These “props” are purchased for the seller, or rented while the home is for sale.3. VACANT FURNISH:When a "pre-owned" house is vacant, there is not much else to look at and the space is normally perceived as smaller. Conditional issues and concerns are amplified and ultimately fixated on by buyers.  A Stager maximizes the home’s visual appeal by fully setting it with the appropriate furnishings and accessories.4.
