Northwest Real Estate is a fairly new brokerage in Defiance. However, that does not mean we are lacking in experience. Beth Sigg, the broker of NWRES, has the knowledge that has stood true over the years and also has adapted to the market changes. She not only is the broker of Northwest Real Estate Services, but is also a certified appraiser and owner of Northwest Appraisals, and Northwest Property Management. She has over 30 years experience in the real estate business.
We are encouraged to attend as many educational outlets as possible and we attend the yearly OAR and NAR conventions. This enables us to keep up with market trends and to bring new ideas to our office and to service the buyer and seller better.
