I am an excellent negotiator. I never forget about my clients best interests and desires - and you will know this because I will clarify and define those with you on a regular basis. I have been managing real estate agents and their transactions for 4+ years. I also work on a daily basis to provide the best service to my clients. 1. Marketing: I excel at diligently marketing a property. This is done through both conventional and non conventional means and tailored to the individual property and the goals of the seller.
2. Contract negotiation: Weather you know it of not, this is probably the most important and most overlooked characteristic of the real estate professional that represents you in a transaction. A good negotiator not only can be persuasive at the critical moment but also has a firm understanding of the laws, rules, regulations and forms that affect the transaction. A good negotiator also keeps in mind the objectives of the client.
3. I am a CDPE: CDPE is an earned designation that stands for Certified Distressed Property Expert. I am adept at short sales and have been involved with them since 2005 - long before they became fashionable. As a CDPE I am up to date on all the options available to the the distressed property owner. So, if you know someone who is having a tough time paying any type of mortgage, or owes more on their property than it is worth and is not sure what to do, please have them contact me immediately. If they are not in my service area I will happily refer them to a CDPE near them. Thank you.
4. Multifamily Properties: I am also a CIA - Certified Investment Analyst. I am also an owner. I understand the multifamily housing market and how to get these types of deals done, even in today's "hard to find the money" marketplace.
