As someone who has lived in the cold weather of Michigan and the hot weather of southern California I love living on the Florida Gulf Coast. I moved here in 2002 to care for my elderly mother. My parents had bought a small home on the island in the late 60's to spend a few months in the winter. I've been visiting and vacationing on Anna Maria for most of my life. Anna Maria Island is most famous for the beautiful sandy beaches with plenty of room to take long walks or just park your beach chair and watch the sunset.

I was previously a mortgage banker and broker prior to becoming a licensed Florida Realtor. I also have a background in sales and marketing in the broadcast and publishing industry. Before leaving Michigan I completed the Residential home builders course. I then went on to become a Habitat for Humanity volunteer partner, fundraiser and builder.

My focus now is selling island and waterfront homes on Anna Maria Island, Perico Island, Longboat Key, Siesta Key as well as homes on the mainland in Bradenton and Sarasota.
