My grandfather worked from the time he was 18 years old. He sold cloth and jewelries as  a traveling merchant.  He retired when he was 40 and lived another 38 years without having to work a day in his life. Every time he would come back from his travel, he bought land which he converted to sugarcane fields, rice fields and orchards. What he did was converted his income into assets. By the time I was born, he owned more than one half of the village I grew up in. He invested. This is what high income professionals should consider. Real estate is an avenue to long term wealth and should be included in their long term wealth planning. I am here to help those who are willing to look ahead.
