Our Services:

We work in steps to ensure that we provide quality service to all our clients. The first step is a phone interview with the realtor and/or seller to discuss preliminary details of the home, as well as, set up an Initial Consultation.

We offer the following two Initial Consultation options:

First Impressions Consultation - We walk through the home and provide immediate recommendations while the homeowner or realtor takes notes. At the end of the consultation we will provide a "Top 10 Priority List" of how to maximize the home's selling potential. Lasting Impressions Consultation- We walk through the home; take pictures (with permission); and notes to provide the homeowner with a Detailed Staging Report on how to maximize the home's selling potential. This report provides staging recommendations for organization of space, furniture placement, color schemes, de-cluttering, cleaning, lighting, and exterior curb appeal. This option also provides a "Top 10 Priority List."

Home Staging to Sell - We will implement the recommendations included in the Detailed Staging Report. In most cases, the homeowners existing furniture and accessories are used to high the positive features of the home while minimizing features that may have a negative impact on the sell of the home.

Our Most Popular Service - "Right Touch Package" - This package is specifically designed to help homeowners prepare for an Open House. This package includes the Lasting Impressions Consultation, Detailed Staging Report and two hours of Staging Services. We will add the WOW FACTOR to ensure that all the positive features of the home are showcased.
