I've lived in Coronado since 1991. I've been an active member of this community serving 5 years on the Design Review Commission, with 18 months as Chairperson. I've also been active in the local, award winning school system. I was the golf coach of the men's team at the high school for over 5 years. I currently sell real estate for Prudential Ca. Realty. My office is just a few short blocks from my home. Everything in Coronado is convenient. We have a wonderful city that makes an ideal vacation home destination for the most discerning buyers. Our median price in the upper one millions, but seldom do you hear anyone complain about our prices. In Coronado, you get what you pay for!
Before I was a Realtor for Prudential I was an ASID designer. I specialized in fixing and flipping houses during the heydays of the 90's. I have the unique ability to see "through walls" and have been very successful in my redesigns. I've never bought a property, fixed it up and not sold it for a sizeable profit. I've taken those design skills and applied them directly to my real estate business here in Coronado. I can help a client see the potential of any home...old or new, in Coronado or anywhere else in San Diego for that matter! I've also lived Downtown for a couple of years and am very comfortable selling in that market as well. It's slow there now....but not for long!
