Assisting Buyers has always been the most enjoyable part of my business. In today's market there seem to be new and greater challenges.  The opportunities are there, but realizing them can require considerable cunning and effort.  I am equiped to get the job done and ready to do whatever it takes.  Having listed REO (bank owned) properties from numerous banks and asset managers over the years, I am uniquely familiar with that arena.  Short sales and other distressed situations, along with the REOs provide an atmosphere for making exceptional buys, even from any motivated Sellers.  Shopping is great sport, but unlike my 2 daughters "the mall" is not a priority destination fro me. Helping Buyers shop for Real Estate in Central New Mexico is my passion.

Listings are certainly the "bread and butter" of most Real Estate Brokers, including myself.  Fortunately, I have active accounts that provide me with REO listings, which have become an essential element in my current business.  I discourage all but the seriously motivated Sellers from even being in the market.  Unless they are willing to sell, there is no reason to list.

I am looking for additional sources of REO listings and other motivated Sellers. Capable Buyers, even in need of exceptional deals, are always welcome.
