MARICEL MEDINA is the owner and founder of Disenyo Home Staging & Re-design located in Winnipeg Manitoba. She is a certified accredited Home Stager and successfully graduated from the Haverhill Institute of Staging and Design ( as advertised on HGTV ). Also have a bachelor degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management and worked in retail and hospitality industry for 15 years.Maricels` extensive training, exposure and work experience in home furnishings allowed her to make use of her natural design talent in retail merchandising, product display, space planning and layout. Her passion for decorating, skills and creativity, able her to create desirable spaces through strategic design.   Her Mission as a Professional Home Stager is to motivate the clients to take the next steps needed in order to sell quickly and for the most money. Help them to see the house more objectively and realize that personal items may appear as clutter to someone else. To show her best interest in mind, wanting to have the home showcased at its` best. To convince each client that her skill to create dramatic scenes appeal to five senses. To help the prospective buyers to visualize and eliminate the confusion by arranging the furnishings and accessories and show the home`s true potential. That a buyer will feel that it is a home to stay, not a visitor just passing through.

SERVICES

CONSULTATION is a meeting with homeowner and/or realtor usually 1-2 hours with a complete and thorough walk through giving you a detailed analysis of your home's attraction, as well as the trouble spots. From curb appeal to room by room assessment, to what repairs and investments may be needed for a quicker sale. A detailed report including suggested accessories, furniture layouts, paint colors, action plan and tips for both home and curb appeal will be emailed within 72 hours. A consultation is a great way for the do-it-yourself homeowner who has the time and capability to make our professionally recommended changes. 

HANDS-ON - If you don't want to do it yourself, we will be happy to do it for you! In less than one day (depending in your needs), watch us transform your home into a well presented listing!

INTERIOR DESIGN OR RE-DESIGN - Moving to a new home? Not planning to move  but want a fresh new look? We offer the same great consultation and hands-on services for you.

DE-CLUTTERING AND ORGANIZING- We do home organization, any room in the house including garages and basements. Office organization ( small businesses or corporation).PERSONAL SHOPPING- We shop for the homeowners approved and chosen furniture and accessories based on their budget.
