I've been in the real estate industry for 15 years now and I thoroughly enjoy my job. I love that I truly help people to reach a goal that some think they would have never been able to achieve. I make myself available to my clients around the clock. I am extremely responsive and am happy to answer any and all questions - even for those that aren't using my services. I regularly attend real estate courses offered in my area so that I can stay on top of the new trends and the new rules and regulations. I'm a firm believer in education and try my best to learn something new every day. I am continually researching new real estate technology, trends and statistics. My focus is on residential real estate in the Northern Virginia community. I have helped buyers and sellers with new construction, short sales, investment properties, military relocation, foreclosures and REOs and age restricted communities.
Using my experience, education and insight to help others navigate the real estate market whether it be to buy, list, or sell real property.
My goal is to ensure that every single client of mine understands the buying or selling process and feels comfortable throughout the entire transaction. I want to be sure they are prepared and educated for listing and or selling their home so that they have peace of mind and feel secure with the process.
I have been licensed as a real estate agent since 2002 and earned my associate broker’s license in 2010. Throughout the years I have learned so much simply through experiencing the trials and tribulations of real estate transactions. I have learned valuable lessons from every single transaction I have been a part of. Those experiences have helped me grow to the knowledgeable professional that I am today. I have gone from being the inexperienced novice to now being the “go-to” person in my office to ask questions.
I am in this business because I enjoy helping people and I know the industry very well. I like using my knowledge to help people find the home that they really want and need. I am very protective of my clients and I ensure that they have all of the facts and other necessary information to make an informed decision. I arm my clients with information about the local real estate market and other neighborhood information and related statistics that they want and need to make the biggest decision of their lives – buying a home.

| I have used Heather's services for 2 real estate transactions now. One to buy a short sale in Centreville and the second to rent that house. Both time she has been professional, extremely knowledgeable and has been a fantastic resource. I keep myself informed on the local real estate market by looking at updated listings every week. On both transactions Heather exceeded my expectations and helped me purchase my house for lower then expected and rented my house for more then I was expecting in a week! I cannot recommend Heather enough and guarantee you will be more then satisfied with her services. |
