As a Florida native I have a unique perspective when it comes to living in what I call paradise. In 1975 I moved to Hobe Sound, from Hollywood, Fl. after graduating from McArthur High School in 1970. In 1977 I started in the professsion of real estate and have been active since. Practically all of my real estate experience has been centralized in south Martin County, Hobe Sound specifically. As a Broker, I have operated and managed real estrate ofices since 1984.
In 2006 I held the positon of Florida Association President. At that time we had a membership of 180,000 and an annual budget of 20 million. As an active member in volunteer work with the Florida Realtors over 30 years, I have the "edge" with respect to cutting edge technology and real knowledge concerning current real estate issues.
My personal passion is blue water deep sea fishing and free diving. I frequent the Bahamas every summer with my wife Terry.
With over 41 years of real estate experience in Jupiter Island, Hobe Sound, Stuart and surrounding areas of Martin County, I am able to accomodate the most sophisticated real estate transactions.
I have developed strip centers, performed many 1031 Starker Exchanges, handle extensive property management, and managed many real estate agents.
My primary expertise is commercial property sales. This year I listed and sold a 15,000 sq. ft commercial center in South Stuart, a 3000 sq. ft. commercial building in downtown Hobe Sound and have effected a 4 way Starker 1031 tax deferred exchange (4 properties into one). All these transactions have occurred in Hobe Sound and Stuart.
