Cindy Blustein should be your Realtor. If our experience is any indication of her considerable talents (and we have every reason to believe it is) then Cindy Blustein should be your Realtor. Cindy prides herself on working for her clients twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and that was our experience. We pinpointed the neighborhood where we wanted to buy a house and Cindy promised us that if a new listing came on the market we would be the first to know. This diligence was crucial because the market was tight and most homes in our preferred location had offers within twenty-four hours of listing. One night, a few weeks into our search, we received a phone call from Cindy. She told us there was a house we had to see and had already done enough preliminary research to inform us that the last time this particular house went on the market it had sold in three days. She said she wanted us to be the first buyers inside—and we were. Cindy got us in before the scheduled open house and we fell in love with the property. Later that day we made an offer and Cindy helped us with the counter offers and ultimately sealed the deal. Throughout the process Cindy was terrific. She is first and foremost a professional and also your biggest advocate. Her experience and knowledge of the Houston real estate market is unparalleled. She is extremely organized, very punctual, and always candid with her thoughts and insights about a property. Buy My husband and I met Cindy Blustein through an internet showing request we placed on HAR.com. While quick to respond and set a time to show us that particular listing, she was more concerned with our overall needs and preferences and quickly generated a list of properties that more closely fit our description. Her responsiveness, assertiveness and genuine interest won her the role of our buying agent that day. Throughout the buying process Cindy truly had our best interests and budget in mind and kept an eye for properties that we would not only love now but that would accomodate our growing family and a have a high likelyhood of a successful resale. Cindy quickly gained our trust in her knowledge and experience to the extent that we came to consider her our "partner" in our review of the properties. Based on past experiences, we were very concerned with our agents ability to negotiate and conduct business on our behalf and we found Cindy to be highly qualified and successful in this area. While our many preferences and demands did not seem in line with our budget, Cindy was able to get us into a neighboorhood and house we previously did not think possible and we couldn't be happier. Sell When we decided to market our house we interviewed several agents and Cindy Blustein impressed us as the most familiar with the market and the most knowledgable about what it would take to sell our property. Her thorough analysis of a potential buyer's perspective helped us market the property successfully - from comparable sales prices to the very specific pros and cons of our particular property that might serve to differentiate us. Her work on the internet listing and phone inquiry system was very high quality and stood out from other listings. Even though our townhouse was in a market that was flooded with listings, we were able to close on our house and get into a new property rather quickly due to Cindy's persistence and skill. This was a particularly stressful time for us as I was in my third trimester with my second child when we began the process, but Cindy took our timeline as seriously as we did and we are now fully settled in our new house awaiting the arrival of the new baby!
