Bob soon called me and we discussed my "wish list" and he began sending me listings that fit the criteria. I met with Bob in late April at the Trotter Realty office. He had prepared a comprehensive package of listings and had contacted the realtors/property owners and set up appointments to view the properties. I decided on a property, offers and counter offers were made and accepted. We closed on May 23rd. I did not know Bob before this encounter but was soon at ease finding him to be a man of integrity and a professional before, during, and after the sale.
