As I indicated earlier I am the Neighborhood Realtor. I recognize what a Buyer and Seller want in a Realtor. It is very important to me to educate my people in Value.  Knowing Value allows my cleint to be confident in making a decision regarding a home. As a resident for over 40 years in Langhorne I have an advantage over most Realtors. I presently live in the home my Father built. My Father, Uncle and myself have built homes in the area. This area is rich in History dating back to William Penn and his famous ' Walking Purchases'  with the Indians.  The homes in the area offer different styles dating back over 200 years.  I just  don't sell  homes I sell  A  lifestyle !!!!
