My name is Erin McLellan, owner of Home Staging NWA, LLC. I am an honored wife, blessed Mom to three active boys, a Christian woman, and a late blooming country girl. My family lives on 22 beautiful wooded acres in the country with 5 cats and lots of country critters. I am very active in my children's education, our home church, and in giving back to my community. I love to garden, make updates on my home, decorate, draw and spend time with my family.
I have my Bachelors of Arts degree in Business. I have worked mainly in the financial industry. I worked as a Bank Teller during my college years and then as an Internal Auditor & Regulatory Specialist once I finished college. I also worked as a Banking Regulatory Consultant for a financial institution for a number of years. Even with this business foundation, my heart has always leaned to the Arts…mainly decorating and design. I have completed the only certified Home Staging course through HSR (Home Staging Resources). This program has certified me to be a Home Stager and Redesigner. The HSR Certification program is accredited by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). I have also taken and passed the paint and color courses through Benjamin Moore paints giving me the opportunity to do color consultations.
I have had the opportunity to stage and/or sell a number of homes through the years. Our last home we sold in 2011 sold in 36 hours with an offer of $10,000 over our asking price. I truly believe that putting in the hard work of cleaning, de-cluttering, depersonalizing, repairing, updating, staging and photographing before putting your home on the market does pay off when the offer(s) come in.

In most cases, costly renovations are not required to make a home look inviting and appealing. Typically, I can work with what you already own to emphasize the home's positive features while distracting from the less favorable. There are cases where bringing in more appropriate furnishings and accessories will create a welcoming space that will engage a buyer's mind to imagine themselves living in your home. If purchasing items is recommended, I can assist with making those decisions that will create a cohesive style throughout your home. If a major renovation is needed to update and repair the home, I can help with finding the appropriate sources.
