I have been selling Homes to clients and customers for over 23 years. I develop a level of trust early in the relationship. Its all about what their needs and concerns are and I listen very carefully to what they tell me. Its my job to educate and inform the buyer/seller and help them make a wise and educated invetment decision. For many, this is the most expensive asset they will have and I counsel them thru the process from First Meeting until closing. The greatest reward is "helping people find the house of their dreams"...... that's what it's all about!
For the past twenty three years I have helped thousands of families who were selling or buying homes on the North Shore of Long Island. I feel very stronly about developing a level of trust early on in the relationship and help guide them thru the selling process from getting their home ready to go on the market all the way thru to the closing table. Many sold at or near asking price in a resonable amount of time. I also worked with many buyers who were looking for that perfect home and sold them their first home. I cover a very large territory known as the Gold Coast on the North Shore of Long Island. My company has recently merged with Sotheby's International Realty and no one can come close to the marketing and international exposure that we can provide. We represent magnificient estate properties all over the world, cozy cottages , condos, etc. I love what I do and the best satisfaction is when one is sitting at the closing table and everyone is smiling and happy. That is what it is all about.
Have taken many elective courses and have several certifications so that I stay on top of my game. Have held many postitions on various commitees, ie.the Nassau North Shore Chapter for Long Island Real Estate. Member of the Long Island Real Estate Board. Important to be up-to-date on all the rules & regulations involved as they are ever changing. Its important to know what is important to today's buyers, i.e. the smart house, hig tech, going green, etc. So important to keep current.

| Mrs. Borg's graciousness was such that I felt compelled to comment on how kind she was in dealing with us while starting our search.
