  As an ex-educator of elementary schoolers, I taught the art of having values and working on becoming an ethical individual. As a realtor, and your consultant I bring those key values to the table.  One might say my specialty is just being my honest, sincere self; no games-just a willingness to help you, and bring your transaction to as smooth a closing as humanly possible.  And...yes that does require someone with a sense of humor also, as Yours Truly definitely will admit to.

  I am fully certified as NYS Salesperson in both residential and commercial properties.  Additionally,  I have a indepth knowledge of the sort sale market and foreclosure process with residential properties.
